Utilities are not included in the monthly rent and are billed separately. Each of our apartments in Westwood has individual utility metering.

Can you share more information about your pet policies?

Our community is cat and dog friendly! We allow up to 2 pets per household, with a $500 pet deposit per pet and a monthly pet rent of $75 per pet. Please note that there are breed restrictions in place which include: pit bulls, rottweilers, Dobermans, chow chows, mastiffs, great danes, German shepherds, Akitas, Siberian huskies, wolf hybrids, and Alaskan malamutes.

Do the apartments offer in-unit laundry facilities, or is there a shared laundry facility available on-site?

Yes, each of our Westwood apartments is equipped with washers and dryers for your convenience.
